The foundations of Empero Group were laid in 1983 under the name Ersöz Kitchen Machinery, initially focusing solely on the production of preparation equipment. In 2005, the company adopted the EMPERO brand, making a strong and rapid entry into the industrial kitchen sector.
Empero's Chairman of the Board, Bekir Topuz, also serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Industrial Kitchen, Laundry, Service, and Catering Equipment Manufacturers and Businesspeople Association (TUSID).
Empero manufactures a wide range of products, including preparation, cafeteria, dishwashing, cooking, and refrigeration equipment made of stainless steel, display products, shelving systems, gastronomic equipment, medical equipment, special projects, as well as field and mobile kitchen solutions for the military and non-governmental organizations.
In 2018, Empero Group opened a 6,000 m² Restostore showroom in Istanbul, creating the largest industrial kitchen showroom in Europe, bringing all the industry's needs under one roof.
Currently operating from a 60,000 m² enclosed production area, Empero manufactures over 3,000 product types and exports its products to more than 90 countries. The company employs over 700 people and operates through approximately 600 dealerships and sales points, both domestically (300) and internationally (90 countries). Furthermore, Empero Group ensures high-quality standards in after-sales services with an authorized service network of over 150 service points. Empero is one of the leading firms in the industrial kitchen sector in Turkey.
Empero Group exports approximately 60% of its production, primarily to European countries and over 90 countries worldwide, contributing to the national economy. It is recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in the world.
