TS ISO 27001 INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY
GOAL; The main theme of the Information Security Management System is to show that EMPERO INDUSTRIAL KITCHEN EQUIPMENTS MARKETING DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN TRADE INC. provides information security management within human, infrastructure, software, hardware, user information, organizational information, third-party information and financial resources, to secure risk management, and to measure information security management process performance. and to regulate relations with third parties on information security issues.
Accordingly, the purpose of our ISMS Policy is;
- To protect the information assets belonging to EMPERO INDUSTRIAL KITCHEN EQUIPMENTS MARKETING DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN TRADE INC. against all kinds of threats that may occur, internally or externally, deliberately or unknowingly, to provide accessibility to information as required by business processes, to meet the requirements of legal legislation, to work for continuous improvement
- To ensure the continuity of three basic elements of the Information Security Management System in all activities carried out:
Confidentiality: Preventing unauthorized access to important information,
Integrity: Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the information,
Accessibility: Ensuring information accessibility of those authorized,
- To raise awareness by giving Information Security Management trainings to all staff,
- Reporting any open or suspicious openings in Information Security to the ISMS Team and ensuring that they are investigated by the ISMS Team,
- To prepare, maintain and test business continuity plans,
- To identify existing risks by periodically evaluating Information Security; As a result of the evaluations, reviewing and following up the action plans,
- To prevent any conflicts and conflicts of interest that may arise from contracts,
- Accessibility to information and meeting business requirements for information systems.
- Not only complying with the security of data held electronically; but also with all data security measures in written, printed, verbal and similar media.
